Task Forces
Based on input from the members of the University Council gathered during a July retreat, the Strategic Planning Steering Committee has established task forces to address nine key issues:
- Undergraduate Student Success
- Graduate and Postdoctoral Program Development
- Faculty Excellence
- Research and Scholarship
- Comprehensiveness and Interdisciplinarity
- Global Engagement and Competitiveness
- Partnerships, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship
- Campus Culture and Community
- Resource Strategies
The most important part of the strategic planning process will take place within the task forces as they meet and work with the campus community from September to November. Task forces will prepare and present their reports to the Strategic Planning Committee in December.
