I am pleased to announce that the strategic plan, The Pathway to the Future, has been approved by the Board of Trustees. The final version of the plan, as adopted by the Board, has been posted. Please take a moment to explore and better understand the document that will soon become the driving force behind the forward progress of our university.
Throughout my first year at NC State, our goal has remained focused on making strategic shifts that hone our strengths, foster innovation and reflect our strong heritage.

After five months of hard work across campus, a draft strategic plan has been posted for final review. This plan will guide our decision-making for the next 10 years.
The NC State draft strategic plan is now available for campus review. We welcome and encourage your comments and advice on the document. All comments received by 3/25/11 will be considered.

Task force white papers have been posted on the Strategic Planning Website and are available for campus review. The white papers will be discussed at the next Chancellor’s Forum on Thursday, January 27 from 2 p.m. – 3 p.m. in the Talley Student Center Ballroom.
